Do not think that as this is an entry level machine it uses budget material. Like every Fuchs heat press it is built in our own manufacturing environments. This enables us to be confident that we are providing clean running units, without squeaks, by using high-quality maintenance-free bearings in our design. Likewise, this also keeps wear to a minimum, so that the mechanical components continue to run without issues, even after years of service. This is the same level of engineering found on all Fuchs heat presses.

Returns Policy

Please call the Transfer Printing Solutions team on 01143 216596 for further information and to arrange the return or refund of goods.

Our 30-day returns policy means that, you can return to us any unopened and unused goods providing they are in original unused condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. Provided the goods are unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) we will issue a refund or send a replacement product.

We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or incorrect. We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.

Cancellations of any order must be processed before the goods have reached the shipping stage or have left our warehouse. Once they have been processed for shipping a restocking charge of 10% may be incurred for cancelled orders.
